Paddock To Plate

Our baby leaves are grown amongst the gentle rolling hills of the Coal River Valley, close to the historic town of Richmond.  The area enjoys a cool, temperate climate which, in contrast to many other parts of Australia, allows us to grow baby leaves 12 months a year.

Our leaves are carefully tended throughout the growing period, selected and picked at the optimal time of the day and delivered to purpose built cool rooms to maintain a constant temperature. They are then washed, dried and packed for your enjoyment.

The time it takes for our leaves to grow varies with the seasons and weather.  Our lettuce can take from 6 to 12 weeks to grow to ‘baby’ size, whereas our herbs take between 4 to 8 weeks.

We take a lot of pride in what we do so that you can enjoy the freshest baby leaves full of natural goodness.
